I have been to Silvermere Haven three times now in the past 18 years with a beloved family pet for cremation and it has always remained the rather sweet place that makes this final journey so much more bearable. The kind and gentle staff make the entire process very easy for you and the rural setting is civilised and calming. It makes for a fitting and proper environment for this final step and sort of brings closure in way that helps greatly when your emotions are raw and frayed. We always get the certified ashes back in a casket of our choice, which comes with the pet's name plated on top and a felted bottom, little touches which make for a caring attitude. We then decide in peace and in our own time whether to scatter or bury the ashes. My thanks as always to Silvermere and I wish them the best through these rather trying times.

I had to let my beloved Burmese eighteen year old cat Sasha be put to sleep after my devastating loss of a darling friend the Silvermere people dealt with all of the problems you do not want to face. I received a beautiful container with her ashes and on this was a bluebell wood I thought this was very apt as her ashes were scattered with my Mother who died just over a year ago in a bluebell wood. Everything was done properly and it was comforting to me to know how caring these people are.

We had to say goodbye to our little sunshine, Maya on 22nd Oct. She was a rescue Husky cross; the most beautiful, loving and caring dog! We miss her so much... received her ashes from Silvermere Haven- the service is highly professional, there is a selection of the most beautiful little caskets. I would highly recommend SH services. Thank you SH, Maya is back home with us.

We lost our little man on the 13th November. He was born on Halloween so we thought Friday the 13th was the right day to say goodbye. He was 15 and although we weren't ready to let him go, he was ready. Our friends from Summerleaze helped us through the whole process and were amazing. And then we received his ashes from you last week. I can not tell you the comfort this brought us. He was beautifully delivered and it is wonderful to have him home again. I just know from the way you brought him back to us how much you must care, he was not just another dog. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

As soon as i had lost my beloved Tabby cat i knew i wanted to honour him with a proper individual cremation .With sadness i rang the number and a lovely caring Abby answered the phone and i knew i was in good hands from the moment of contact through the tears and receiving Toby back i was comforted and reassured.Thankyou Abby thankyou Silvermere your simply amazing even the beautifully prepared cremated remains container was top quality subtle and dignified with a reassuring message card and certificate of individual cremation .I know now that he was shown respect to the end as he was in life
