Whilst on holiday in the Lakes over New Year our Labrador Retriever Jack needed attention following on from getting a stick stuck in his mouth on New Years Day. We took Jack to Millcroft at Cockermouth and he was treated by Lucy Ferguson who was brilliant with us and him. It was the 2nd January and he was seen too immediately with a little stay on the same day, All the staff were great from reception to the follow up calls we got throughout the day, highly recommend this practice and a big thanks from all of us and especially Jack :-)

Spot on. Appointment made and protocols explained in terms of what was required on arrival. Shown to an individual booth for pet and person. Vet came and asked for an explanation of the issue. Vet took pet with her to consulting room. After consultation vet explained what had been found and outlined treatment. Really efficient and effective method of dealing with animals and a good one way system in place
