After using numerous companies for Coffee equipment and repairs and being disappointed, I came across Coffee Lab initially for some espresso machine repairs. Absolutely amazing service from Simone and his team. Since then I have used not only for repairs but for new equipment.... espresso machine, grinders and Coffee Roaster. They even customised my espresso machine to my own colours. Great friendly run business who go out of there way for advice and repairs. They now supply me Green Coffee Beans as well.... one stop shop.. Highly recommend and will continue to work with.

Not recommended. Machine back in worse condition than was before (comes back with leaking from bottom and steam pressure off when nachine on everybtime) wasn't repaired properly. I heard that leaking is normal. After return company suggested that my coffee machine is not good and I shoud buy sth from his company. Edit My husband was your customer last year /july august 2020 . Coffee machine was twice in your company.
. I have been their customer for 8 months, I have fallen in love with their coffee since the day we organized the tasting. A tasty, creamy and intense coffee. A few months ago I changed my coffee machine and Simone made a custom machine for me. Team always available to the customer and for every you need, very helpful and friendly.
