I would like to thank Colchester Building Control for the excellent service they provided me with when inspecting my lounge extension. The building Control Surveyor was extremely helpful and informative and I can confidently recommended them to anybody else undertaking building work.

The building inspectors at colchester building control are very unfriendly, almost hostile and lazy. They are paid to do a job yet they behave like they are doing you a favour. There are many people out there without a job and hopefully would be more grateful. They are a joke.
