Over the last 2 yrs we have been doing major works on our house involving lots of trenches, piles of sand, and rubble etc plus vehicles parked all over the place. Through this the milkman has delivered every time, brilliant when you need that coffee to get you going in the mornings. Many thanks for an excellent service.

Called up to see if they deliver near me. They did, past my house to get one a couple roads away (literally). After arranging to have my milk delivered for the following Monday I did not buy milk for me and my son. When I got up I expected to see milk at my door. However, there was none. So I then had to quickly get dressed to buy milk so my son could eat before school. I left it until the afternoon to see but still nothing. When I rang they said 'the milkman wouldn't do it as it is not on his rounds route' and they also 'misplaced my phone number'. I live a 10 minute drive from their base and overall am unsure how the milkman can say no to customers. I thought it was about getting more customers so you can keep a business running. Either way this provided me and my friends with a bit of a laugh afterwards because it's so ridiculous how close the milkman gets to my house to go to the other customers!! Guess he doesn't like my street. Wouldn't reccomend.
