DHL are the most unreliable courier company out there. Persistent delays for a next day delivery item. Each day a new excuse. Stick to DPD, Yodel, Hermes or UPS. In fact given a pigeon would be more efficient.

WOW, this is the most expensive courier company around we was charged 86 to send a small carton that weighed 1.7kg and 200 to send a carton 6.7kg to France. Don’t make the same mistake I did, get some quotes from other couriers. We went off and got prices for more than half dhl price. Even though the guys at dhl where friendly I felt robbed.
