They have the most complaints in England made about them to the social care ombudsman that is official. My experience of trying to get a penny out of them to pay for my health social care has been horrendous.

Having similar experience to others with respect to elderly care. No crisis management for the desperate as far as I can tell. I suggest people copy their comments to their local MP.

Quick to judge. Break promises to return calls. Don't look beyond surface of family dynamic on behalf of the vulnerable elderly. Poor communication all round. Waste of public money. Put THEM on benefits . Plus, employees should NOT be allowed to leave reviews on a public service. Report Neil whatever his name is!

The Background information online about the staff operations is truly shocking most staff talk behind the peoples back and often in public. I am concerned about the service and security of the publics data. No social cases should be discussed in public.
