This was the first time I have purchased from Heart2Heart and after the service I have received it will not be the last. Thank you for helping me in a last minute order, the lady (sorry I didn't get your name) I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Absolutely brilliant service !! I wanted helium balloons in a hurry for a 50th birthday and didn't even know this shop existed before. Really friendly, helpful, staff who took the time to explain the different options and prices. Although I ordered over the phone without seeing the balloons they turned out exactly how I imagined ! They look really expensive and are still floating a week later. VERY happy customer and can not recommend highly enough. Will be using again...Thank you !! X
