Outstanding Service from start to finish. I have used Marc from Hughes Trade for a number of years and he's never failed to amaze me. His customer service skills are some of the best I've ever come across and would highly recommend to use Hughes Trade for any electrical needs - we shall continue to use Marc for the foreseeable has been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Purchased a fan today.. items and screws missing from box and doesn’t even work!
My partner went in to try and buy an HDMI splitter that was the opposite of the usual types of splitter. They didn't have them in stock but Harry, one of the staff, was very helpful by lending us one of their own to help a fundraising event. Everyone there was lovely and we will be keeping them in mind for our next electrical needs!!!!
Beware of their customer support..! Why...?? They do not give proper support. If they do it will be SLOW...and useless..!
