I have been a customer with Levois at Colchester for many years, I’ve always receive great customer service by all the staff and the service team from Clive and all his amazing colleagues in the service area, today I went to purchase a new car and all I have to say is the moment I stepped into the showroom, the assistants were very welcoming. Due to the current situation with COVID 19 all precautions were taken promptly. My salesman Mike was absolutely helpful and went through all the workings of the vehicle I purchased. He was very truthful and the car I purchased is all that I expected. Mike went out of his way to make sure that all was well with the car beforehand. He kept to his word, and I have to say he definitely knows his vehicles. I am very pleased with my purchase, and would definitely not hesitate to use this company again for a vehicle in the future, or recommend to friends and family. The service I received exceeded my expectations.

I’ve waited a few months to post a review, as I believe it’s not only the purchase experience which is important, but also the after sales care you receive. Levois of colchester, have been brilliant with both. When buying my car, I dealt with Mark, who was friendly and helpful, and not at all pushy. There were a few very minor things that needed doing on the car after I purchased it, which was booked in promptly and sorted. I’m extremely happy with my new car! It drives lovely and is everything I wanted. The service Levois offers is professional and friendly, I would definitely recommend them.

Never bought a car from this dealership, but my elderly parents have bought several over the years and have always been very happy. My parents are now classed as very vulnerable and have been in strict lockdown for best part of a year. They recently had a problem with a flat battery, I contacted Levois and explained the issue. Not only did they know exactly;y who my parents were but they undertook to get the problem sorted out immediately and then having sorted them out, they phoned my parents twice to check that all was ok and if they needed any other assistance. First class service during a very difficult time. Thank you
