Very impressed with every aspect of the service, especially collection and return of my car due to me shielding prior to a hospital admission. My wife's Jaguar is also due for service & MOT and Marshalls, Ipswich refused to collect it despite it being on a 100 monthly service contract! Your delivery lads were also very helpful. Would've given 6 stars for the treatment received!
Had a very good experience buying my used V40 from this dealership. Saw the ad online and everything ticked the boxes so called Lookers. Rob answered the phone and was very helpful. Due to the current covid lockdown everything is very restrictive but Rob gave me all the information I needed and made the purchase a very smooth and easy experience. I was able to collect the the car 2 days later and it was in excellent condition just as described. Rob and his colleague (a tall guy but I forgot his name) were both great and while adhering to the covid protocols they again made it a pleasent experience. Im loving my new motor and would recommend and would definitely do business with these in future.
