Felt very welcome and was impressed with the covid regulations in place! Mel the hygienist was really professional and very knowledgeable, highly recommended! Dentists make me a little nervous usually but here felt very relaxed and looked after here!

I saw bad reviews and was worried. I had no need to be. The dentist has shown me nothing but care and attention and has made me feel at ease. Absolutely recommend this dentist.

Terrible dentist. Had a bad tooth and went as emergency dentist found nothing wrong. Booked to see hygienist and she found a crack in the tooth. I phoned them up and booked to have it done. I had to cancel as i had my vaccine, and rebooked for 11th May. I then got a call to say they wanted to do a check up first as it was his colleague who see me the first time and the filling wouldn't be done that day and i would have to pay for another check up and more for the filling. I said no, i wanted it done that day. I was told the dentist would contact me, a week later no call. I called todsy and was told the original dentist would do it and i would need to wait to 21st may i have asked to come of their books

signed up with them in 2018. Of the four appointments I have had 3 have been cancelled by them, one so late I had already set off. I went with toothache and was told my teeth were fine but I had sensitive teeth and i had to use their special toothpaste. I told them I already used sensodyne but they dismissed me. I used their toothpaste and it gave me terrible mouth ulcers. I went to another dentist who told me I have a sinus infection and not to use their toothpaste. All better after that. So all around Mid Essex Dental Care did more harm than good.

Dr Vishal is amazing, I'm a nervous patient at the best of times but he is so kind and really puts you at ease. I've had ongoing problems and had to speak to him via a phone call regularly and nothing is ever too much hassle or too much to ask for. I havent been to a dentist before where I am actually happy to go there. Would definitely recommend Dr Vishal!

Have been so helpful for me. I originally attended as an emergency 111 patient but liked them so much I registered with them! They have gone above and beyond, especially on Christmas Eve when then stayed open a little late just to remove a nerve from my wisdom tooth so that I could enjoy the holiday's without pain. I have Addisons Disease and they are knowledgeable about how I need to be treated safely. The reception staff, nurses and dentists I have seen have all been very friendly and genuinely seem to care. *The building is wheelchair accessible via the back door*. There is a slightly large drop from the doorframe, my foot pads touch the floor, but the staff are happy to place a small ramp.
