Order never arrived and when contacted was met with they are not responsible for the post office.Told to ring back if did not arrive. After checking with trading standards and informing them that i was legally entitled to a replacement or refund and it is their obligation to enquire with the post office i was told a replacement order would be sent and with the help of a Mr Aldsworth it arrived the next day for which i am grateful. Unfortunately it had a 3 under postage fee to pay. I appreciate the full 10 working day period had not elapsed but clear polite constructive telephone manners would help.
