A huge thank you to all the team that helped me through my spinal injections this week. The attention to protecting both staff and myself was amazing. The process was like a well oiled machine, from admitting me to the procedure in theatre, aftercare and discharge. Everyone was on their A game and i cannot thank you all enough. I am so very grateful, you all do your very best every second of every day. Stay safe and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had partial knee replacement a week ago. From the minute I arrived the staff were excellent in every department. Mr Alam made me feel totally relaxed about the procedure and I can actually say I’m looking forward to when my other knee is done !! My 5* rating does not cover food, I wasn’t expecting fine dining but the food is disgusting and the hospital really needs to sort that out.

I had a knee replacement a year ago and my walking isnt great I asked a second time to go back to see the docter but he said no so I wasnt that happy after care was second to none ..landed up down clacton..Hospital. would I go to the oaks any more if needed no London yes but not here .
