Like others have mentioned they are caring and local. Check your estimate and final invoices for operations and procedures carried out, it's not the first time we have had to challenge an invoice which is uncomfortable when your beloved pet is involved. The receptionists attitude makes this all the more awkward! Mind boggling lists of medications used on the invoice, we have to assume they are all required? That said they are very thorough with regular check ups, inoculations and the actual veterinary surgeons are superb. So yes, a great service that you certainly pay for. Of course things do change and I hope that they can instill trust and confidence in future visits.

Fantastic friendly staff who are prepared to go above and beyond. They recently treated my cat who had become (is) critically ill. I was kept fully informed at all times and whatever the outcome I know that they did everything possible for my furbaby.
