So sad to have to leave a negative review, especially as it seems I’m the first but I have to share my experience. Took my mums Expensive Roberts Bluetune 200 in for repair. Didn’t hear anything for about 3 weeks so called them only to be told they weren’t sure and would come back to me. It’s now a good few months since we took the radio in and we’ve repeatedly been told different stories from its unrepairable in one moment by one person only to finally get a call a day later from someone else to say it’ll be ready for collection on the Friday. When trying to get confirmation of this I was then told they couldn’t find it and they asked me to send a pic of what it looked like. Sure enough I had to chase hard to find out what was happening. Eventually I got a reply to one message asking if it was there only to be told “I'm collecting another tomorrow” To which is asked what on Earth that meant. Nothing. I chased again and eventually they went back to their original story that it was beyond repair. Mum (in her 70s) then went in to collect it as we wanted it back as Roberts themselves confirmed we could send it to them, only to be told it had been collected by another man. So no radio. Nothing. No real apology or solution. I am absolutely disgusted by this and am now looking for a resolve. The concept of what they offer is great but it’s clear that disorganisation, poor customer service when it counts and no real understanding of the affect this has had on my mum seems to matter very little to them. What now?
