Bought a garden studio which they installed in August. All good initially, except they couldn't fit the key lock we paid for as it's too big for the doors. The problems came however as soon as we had a couple of days of rain. Water started coming in through in various of places and by the end of the week nearly every single join in the boards. This even though we'd paid extra for their aqua shield! We contacted them and explained, they said they'd be in touch but never bothered to get back to us despite us contacting them again. That was almost 3 weeks ago so obviously they have no intention of responding. They are cheaper than most and it's easy to see why. Sub standard product and terrible(well, non existent) customer service

Was impressed by their social distancing methods and they respectfully wore a mask when serving me. The shed is good quality and now the weather is getting cooler and I have my heater on it retains the heat well. Good overall service and would use again if I ever needed another shed!

Waited to speak to someone to buy a shed for about 10 - 15 minutes but they were dealing with another customer. Can't fault them for being patient and thorough with her but would have been nice for some acknowledgment that they'd be with me or even asking someone else to come out. The demo sheds were pretty badly put together which really put me off. Big gaps in them and overall in poor condition. That was the real clincher for me. Decided to look elsewhere which is disappointing as they had pretty reasonable prices. If someone reads this maybe just let a customer know that you've seen them and you'll be with them soon.

Thank You for an excellent job, we needed an extra shed to supplement our now overcrowded shed. The experience from sales was very professional Liz explained all. And Jordon and John done a excellent job, leaving the site clean and tidy. Would highly recommend
