This Management Team takes an active daily interest in the front-line services being provided. Having a Management Team that are daily available to all their Service Users and staff whether office or field based. Robust Recruitment process to ensure compassionate, reliable staff join the Whispers Care Team. Full training, support and career opportunities given to all who work for Whispers Care Solutions. Excellent communication with all other professional parties eg GP’s, Nurses, Social Services to ensure an individual tailor made service is provided to each Service User and their families. Always available to be flexible with Service Users care requirements. We are available to accommodate at short notice any changes to a Service Users circumstances.
