My wife and I found our preferred spec of new car online with Mercedes-Benz of Coldstream, after a quick phone call with Mike we put down our holding deposit and from then we were kept updated via email on options, paperwork and even tutorial videos from Andrew on how all the tech worked. It’s now been a few days since we drove up from Newcastle to collect the car, the handover was obviously a little different than usual due to the Covid19 protocols that are currently in place, but everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Our new car is amazing and we are both very happy. So, a big thank you to Mike and the rest of the team for the excellent customer service.
