Counter Staff incompetent doesn't ask for club card causing full prices to be paid without discount. Even advised prior customer to get a club card. Then apologised, having to go customer services to get discount refunding foods and doing it all over again using club card.
Rude staff & customers in the store & the whole town itself is generally unwelcoming. I wouldn’t set foot in it again if I was paid 1 million pounds
Great store you are not disappointed
Store could do with a revamp, staff are quite good,easy parking and access. The dates on the loaves are shocking though. Best to get your bread at any garage.
