Very poor service, had an Outlander in for service, told them there was a noise from the brakes that needed checking. Upon collection they said there was nothing wrong, took the car to ATS who discovered a seized brake caliper which had ruined the disc and pads, all of which needed replacing. Colley motors obviously didn't even bother looking at it.

they advertised car on auto trader for 20450 and i given my details for finance. they said finance been approved but their guy hv done tinting with out my approval and i have to pay 300 extra. i was not happy than i said its oky and go head. when i got paper work for finance they again increased price by 400 for no reason. i gave up on this stage.

Me? a victim of a patronising exchange with a salesman? well its true unfortunately. Maybe I didn’t get a perfect deal as a result however I did get the car I wanted which was something even he could not deny me as it was obviously in his interest to complete as well as mine. See Scerina Williams and Nathan Flint’s reviews which seem to echo my experience.
