I called requesting front castors for my chair .... Probably about a 50 part, but was told that they would only supply if they sent an engineer out to fit with a call out charge of at least 70 !!!! It's 1 bolt through the bearings on each castor so this is just trying to take advantage of disabled people. !! ABSOLUTELY UNETHICAL !!
