Chased an order by email after patiently waiting for delivery only to be told it was out of stock. No response to my following two emails, only received a reply once I posted through the website. They may be a family business and it may be a difficult time but customers should feel confident when spending their money that it will be fulfilled. I am still waiting for my refund. Slow delivery would be accepted with communication, but this is starting to feel fraudulent now.

Ordered 27th January, emailed after 10 days to see if there is any update on dispatch, no reply. Emailed again after 2 weeks of ordering no reply. I get current times but surely there's got to be some level of customer services. I've used the company in the past no problems apart from the slightly longer wait. I've had 6 other fabric deliveries from other companies, in the space I've waited for this one. Won't be using again, if they can't update customers on their waiting time I haven't got time for them either.

Very disappointed. I emailed them 4th day as not heard anything only to be told material I ordered was not in stock, I was asked if would accept alternative so they could send the order. I agreed, I was told order on it's way. 2 days on still not received. I chased them only to be responded \expect it soon\. I can see others have also had similar issues. Will not be purchasing from them again. Have bought from other companies and they have been superb!!!! FABRICS ONLINE fantastic company
