Feel happy that we are making positive steps to cut out plastic in staple food items and cutting carbon footsteps and supporting our local communities!

I have been using modern milkman for a couple of months now. But recently the service has become far from satisfactory. The past 5 deliveries have either had items missing from the order or no delivery at all even though the app says it's been delivered. When you try and contact them they never respond except give you an option of a refund or redelivery on their app. The redelivery is days that's convenient to them, so you may have wait days! So disappointed. *Update....I received a phone call today from the company apologising for their errors and assured me they'll be looking into the matter. In the meantime have given me free brownies (tbf they're lovely). Refund and half price for next delivery. Let's see if they rectify the issue? **Update.... The delivery came today along with the promised brownies. So, as a result I've given 3 stars as opposed to 1. Which I think is fair? ***UPDATE 6th MAR 2021 THEY FAILED YET AGAIN TO DELIVER MY ORDER. HAVE NOW CANCELLED ACCOUNT. SO DISAPPOINTED
Really feel as though we have made a big step to help reduce the amount of plastics we use. Love our milk delivery. Love the plastic bottle tops. Love that we can order other things. Have definitely told everyone I know. Hopefully looking forward to some free Brownies when others follow suit
Absolutely brilliant service! A great range of products and all 5 star quality. Love that there’s no plastic! Efficient delivery. Easy to use app making ordering, re ordering, changing orders and reporting any issues super easy. Customer service is phenomenal too. So pleased to have found The Modern Milkman and HIGHLY recommend! I’ve ordered milk, eggs, bread, fruit, veg, brownies and croissants and all have been delicious. High praise for a top service!

I love this Modern Milkman, they are a fair price, really helpful and very quick to answer questions. The quality of their goods are top notch and i like that i can alter my order anytime up to the day prior to delivery. I thoroughly recommend them. Absolutely gutted that this service has not been a good experience for me. It started off okay but now my delivery days feel like a gamble and I'm still having to go to the supermarket to top up when my milk is not delivered. I am trying to reduce how much rubbish I produce and this would have been perfect. I also think the fruit and veg boxes could do with being more customisable, as a single person, I had to cancel this because the sheer amount of carrots and potatoes was too much. Overall the idea is amazing and I love how easy the app is to use, but unfortunately will have to look into cancelling my account as I'm finding it too unreliable.
Love having my milk delivered, it's always fresh and I love it comes in recycled bottles. I can also recommend the chocolate brownie, they are very delicious. The bread and eggs although very expensive are a very nice treat. Customer service is fantastic,
