I have just bought a Toyota Yaris from Vantage Toyota Colne. I started looking at cars on Sunday, found the one I wanted and four days later it’s in my drive! The service I received here was fantastic and Tim Robson, who dealt with the sale and purchase of my vehicle, was extremely helpful. He helped with all my questions, organised everything and was lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this garage based on the service I received. It made buying this car a very enjoyable experience. Another lovely touch was the bottle of Prosecco in the car to take home with us. I am extremely happy with everything and love my new car!

I bought a used Toyota Yaris as my first car from here through the new 'Click and Collect' earlier this month due to the new Covid-19 restrictions. Leanne had been an incredible help on that, super patient, honest and transparent on answering all my inquiries and concerns. I was wary after getting burn previously by a 'backstreet garage', but Leanne was able to put my mind at ease with explaining and going through all the details of the car and paperwork over the phone, videos and emails. Very honest and transparent about the 'wear and tear' from the previous owner and agree to knock a bit of price off for this occasion. Sales and after-sales services were impeccable. It was stress-free and faff-free; all sorted within a week. Leanne sorted out an extended drive home car insurance and just over a half tank of fuel for me to collect and drive it away. Prompt after-sales support and follow-up. I have had the car check-over by a professional vehicle technician that I know, for extra peace of mind, and the car is immaculate. I have been driving around long and short journeys with it for almost a month now. I feel safe and in control; reliable and economical car for a new driver. The brakes are keen; steering handles well; interiors are outstandingly clean for a used car; smooth and enjoyable drive. I genuinely couldn't find anything that I could complain about; but all that to praise about the experience, I had with Leanne and Vantage Toyota Colne.
Bought my Toyota Aygo from Colne last month, Kyle was excellent even under the restrictions of Covid felt at ease and not pressured. Last week I noticed that one of my tyres was a little bare, so popped in this morning to have a word about it along with one or two technical questions thank you Leanne, Simon and the technicians for replacing my tyre there and then and setting me on the right track with my technical issues. First Class Service would highly recommend. Here's an extra star !
First class service buying a car from here. From start to finish, and including after sales care has been excellent.
