slow service. you pay and you got to chase them for your bike.. never phone you back for updates .i ges for warranty issue you will be walk for few months. be safe try different dealer..

Cannot fault this shop one bit, I purchased a bike from them and was unfortunate enough to have a major problem (no ones fault, these things happen from time to time with any garage/dealer) Ian gave me a range of potential options in terms of fixing the issue and was very quick and professional about it. The staff who answer the phones are very helpful and friendly and I would recommend Colwyn Bay KTM to anyone in the future.
Drove down from Manchester fairly easy drive straightforward, choose the bike I wanted asked for extras for the bike no problems yes they can do it. Even delivered the Bike at no extra cost which not many dealers would do that at that distance.(80 mile). I have one Gripe but I won’t go into that overall straightforward service, yes I will come back next year finance permitting ;-) Thanks
I was unfortunate enough to need some major out of warranty work doing to my bike recently, but nothing was too much trouble especially the customer care I received from James the service manger and his help dealing with KTM UK on my behalf. I received regular updates on the job and I was happy my bike was in good hands! Thank you.
***AWESOME SHOP*** So so helpful. Ian is a star, Natalie is wonderful and they cant help you enough. The after sales advice is simply the best.. if your looking for a bike get down there. I'm definitely visiting again soon as I can.. thanks so much, This KTM 1290 super adventure S is out of this world. So much fun.
If you’re in a car, don’t bother going, almost zero parking, unless you want to park outside the locals houses then walk to the shop. Perhaps less bikes outside, and maybe the odd car parking space. Cracking shop, such a shame.
So I bought a 2nd hand ktm bike from these guys the 3rd of December. Everything was smooth from start to finish.. Family run business. Customer service was perfect! Definitely recommend this ktm dealer! Will buy all my parts from them in the future!
