Fantastic service... I called up with a query about a part for 30 year old Truma heater. Geoff took the time to check with Truma and called me back several times to make sure we were looking at the right parts. Parts have arrived the next day in the post. Thank you Geoff. The 1 star reviews below are laughable!!

I needed a part urgently today so I rang swordcrown caravans to check on stock availability,I spoke to a man called Geoff who acknowledged that he did and as it was urgent I drove there and met with Geoff who was fantastic in helping me with great knowledge, I think if you need any parts for you caravan etc then Geoff will have it or he will get it for you ,also does a great delivery option of next day, I would highly recommend and will definitely be using there services again
