I brought two bespoke saddles from the company and whilst the saddles themselves are beautiful the fit is terrible. I was given a numerous array of pads to try and rectify the problem and they came out once but were never available after that time. I have had three other saddle fitters review the saddles, all have commented on the beautiful saddles but have all said the same thing , the saddles are way too long and sit on the kidneys on both horses hence why we were having problems. I have now been told that we are out out area so I am nearly 6000 out of pocket. So in short lovely saddles just completely the wrong size and terrible / non existent aftercare.

These people are happy to come out with no tools to make adjustments to saddles or any second hand saddles, invoice you 154 and then provide every excuse under the sun as to why they have not provided any part of the service advertised on their website or FB page. Be clear when you expect from them and what it will cost if you choose to deal with them.
Nice view but that's the only thing that is ok food is typical pub grub well over priced not worth the money very disappointed will not be going there again.
