I am so grateful that I found Graham and the wonderful service he provides. I was devastated when I lost my beloved Max, my cat. Graham came the same day and I had Max back the next day. I knew from the moment I met him that she would be cared for with respect and dignity. When he brought her back, he also gave me a card that had some beautiful words of condolence and comfort.

We can’t rate this enough, Graham was amazing. We were all very upset and he let us bring Binx as soon as we got off the phone to him. He made the whole experience of losing our first pet more bearable and put us at ease that he was in safe hands. We contacted Companions and was greeted by Graham who was very understanding and caring, we lost our lovely girl Micha very suddenly and being totally devastated Graham was so kind and had all the right words for us, the service provided was outstanding Graham & Elaine took time to chat with us about our girl and share some of their own experiences with their dogs. It was so comforting to know that our girl was looked after so well. This company may be new and not too well known yet, but we would not hesitate to recommend the owners and the compassionate service they have provided in such painful circumstances.
