Every step of the way you have supported us, explained everything to us in great detail and made our dreams come true. I would say to anyone that is looking for treatment you should go to concept they are amazing.

I’m so happy we chose this clinic! Right from the start we feel we have been looked after by fertility professionals who genuinely cared about us. The whole team are extremely friendly right from the start. We haven’t felt rushed through any appointments, every step of treatment is explained fully and follow up calls and emails are frequent. The team really put us at ease and made it easy to put our complete trust in them and the treatments we chose. I can’t image such an emotional life changing experience being dealt with any better.

Having spent time wasting with NHS and another clinic that was in serious breach of so many things I can’t even begin to tell you, we interviewed clinics around the UK. We finally set our hearts on this clinic. To say that it’s the best treatment we have ever had is an understatement!!! My husband and I left today crying after our egg collection, as the treatment we have recieved has been out of this world amazing! In the world of IVF we have had mega lows and mega highs... they alway maintain this air of where professionalism meets empathy in all times of the process. IVF is a journey, and I travel 2-3 hours to get there and 2-3 hours to get home. This is the small price I pay to get the treatment couples deserve. I know there are highs and lows to come, and I’m happy they have our backs!
