Bought something off these people. Item was faulty within a few weeks. Contacted back, got told no refund. Threatened trading standards, got personally insulted, attacked and threatened by Vaughan. Worst customer service i've ever heard of, let alone experienced. Want my advise, avoid these idiots like the plague! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. 1 will have to suffice, and that is way more than these cowboys deserve.
