After several quotes from other auto centres, Concorde was best for value for money. I don't want anyone other than level 3 mechanics working on my car,,, no point risking my life with anything less! Everything ran on time and I had my car back with no delays

A strange curates egg type of experience. Polite staff , who were suitably embarrassed at having to tell me that a job which should have taken a full day actually lasted 6 days. It appears the wrong clutch replacement parts were sent and when the correct ones did arrive the work shop couldn’t handle the job until after the weekend. Concorde then tried to say that the delay shouldn’t included the weekend as Sunday is not an official working day.....despite the car not being available to us and in bits at Concorde . So a car requiring a new clutch and flywheel, which was left on Wednesday, was only finished and ready for collection the following Tuesday!! When I asked for compensation for such a lengthy delay I was offered the princely sum of 30 plus another 20 off our next service .... I leave you all to judge if that is a good deal on a job which cost in excess of 1250....So far , the work carried out seems to be fine but given my experience , I just hope we don’t have to activate the guarantee !!

Excellent staff, a garage full of mechanics who know what they are doing and they will do the best to accommodate you. I broke down at 7.30 in the morning and they had me up and running by the end of the day after 4.5 hours work at very short notice. They even took the time to write me an email describing the state of the work the 'mot' garage had carried out leading to the problem, helping me to get the money back from them without a visit to small claims court. A1 will travel the 20 miles from home just to use again.

Truly the worst garage I have ever had the misfortune to use. They had my car from the 29 March 2017 to the 24 April 2017, whereupon it had been diagnosed that the head gasket needed replacing. Now I'm not naive enough to think that this was by any means a small job, but I was given all manner of excuses as to why the work hadn't been completed. One day it would be "we need to order a specific part in", the next it would be "we need to get hold of a certain tool that one of our other branches has". In spite of the length of time that they'd taken, I didn't seem to be their priority, and was told their mechanics would book in some time to work on my car! Surely it would be better to finish a job and prioritise that before taking on new work and leaving someone waiting that has been without a car for weeks. I was also told over the phone that my car was ready to pick up. When i made the 45 minute walk to get there (after having previously got myself a taxi into the city centre from my home), I was told that the operative had made a mistake and that my car wasn't ready. To his credit, one of their employees, Matt, gave me and my son a lift home. That was a week and a half before they finally finished the job. However, when I went to collect the car, the engine management light was on (having not previously been on when I handed it over to them) and my central locking no longer works. I will be pursuing them for my money back, and will never use them again. I strongly urge you to avoid them.

This place is an absolute joke and no-go! Avoid at all possible costs! Staff is either incompetent or a bunch of cheaters. Experience I've had with them was a nightmare and costed me a lot of money and stress. They failed MOT on a perfectly functional car which only needed 2 bulbs and front wipers replaced which is a five minute job. They could have just done it at the place there and then. Instead, they gave me a ridiculous quote of 40 for a job for which most garages don't charge anyway. They also made up a story my brake system has a major fault which needs investigation. Investigation only would cost 30 and they refused giving me the price of the repair! After replacing the bulbs and wipers myself and checking the brake system at two other garages, which confirmed my car is in a great condition and there's nothing wrong with my brake system, Concord failed my MOT again!!! So I have done it somewhere else and never going back to this mockery place again!!! Their staff, especially Ryan in Norwich branch on Hall Road was unhelpful, and has done everything to turn a simple MOT service into a nightmare at each step of the way. He was an absolute disaster to deal with and even said he doesn't care if he loses a customer as he gets paid the same anyway! It was the worst experience I've ever had with car garages!

excellent communication, and superb customer care. Extremely helpful and everything being done to my vehicle was clearly explained. extra services offered but not put under any pressure to accept. I'd never used concord before but certainly will in the future.

Do not use this garage they are a bunch of crook's. Took my car in for a replacement exhaust mid section witch I had to pay a deposit for the garage to order. Took my car in early morning, was then called late afternoon to be told the part they'd ordered wouldn't fit and the only other option was to have the exhaust section made for 1000! Asked for deposit back, ten days later moneys still not in my bank. Got another local garage to make the exhaust section for a total cost of 210. I cannot stress enough do not use this garage.

Took Step Daughters car in for Mot, which failed, was then taken through to the garage and shown why, it was then explained to me what work would need to be done and how much it would cost, was then asked for payment up front in full or at least a deposit, i paid the deposit , i will say i have no problem with upfront payment , you do an upfront payment with most tradesmen so why not garages, they have to purchase parts the same as anyone else, so to all those people who moan about it , if you don't like it go elsewhere. As for the work done on the car absolutely fine, it was done when they said it would be done and at the estimated price, the staff there were all pleasant and i would have no hesitation to recommending them. Although i will say due to the location which is on the other side of the city to me l probably wont use them much, it was just that they were the only ones who could get me in for an MOT at short notice on a Friday afternoon.
