The website might show you prices and/or availability BUT they are not guaranteed. They check it and if all is well they confirm or not. When questioned about a complaint, they told me that they will ask the manager to have a look into it in two days. Too busy otherwise. Use other sites or booking.com when you want to be certain. The majority of the reviews here are misleading as they evaluate properties not the company that rents the properties. Yes, the properties they manage are nice, the company itself, so-so.

Chapel House, Coniston. 16.10.2020 - 19.10.2020 The house was lovely, spacious and the views were fantastic. Please if you have a car which is low to the ground note - you will most likely not be able to get it in the garage, we struggled. The road up is very steep and there are no parking spaces near the house. It will fit in 2 cars, but watch your bumpers and your towbars!! House has wooden staircases which can be slippery with socks on, for pets and possibly the elderly as they are quite steep. Unfortunately we couldn't get in to the house until 5pm and had to leave for 9am so although we paid for 4 days, we actually only had use of the house for 2. We understand this is due to extra cleaning, but saying that the dishwasher should have been emptied from the previous occupants before we arrived. All in all booking was easy and the house itself although a few things need attention it was a good location and nice house.

Lovely selection of venues in fantastic surrounding. A a protected heritage site, it's great to see development work is happening to bring it back to its glory. A walk around the mountain has some amazing views and you'll stumble over some still open mine entrances to venture in.

AWFUL service, RUDE staff Bee Bole house and Coppermines cottages are awful. the cottage was provided with used utensils, broken appliances. When reported to the company, the answer was we apologise as if they were saying you already paid in full now we can't do anything. NEVER Book with them. I posted a review of them on Tripadviser and they put a complete lie in response. SHAME ON YOU GUYS!! I have proofs.
