Our kitchen has just been completely refitted by Constable and Phillips and we are delighted with the outcome. This was a major refit that involved taking out the existing kitchen units, floor and wall tiles and then carrying out all of the preparation for, and installation of new bespoke kitchen units and a limestone floor. This involved electrical work, plumbing, plastering and decorating. The service from start to finish that we received from Constable and Phillips was faultless. From our first visit to the showroom to the finished product they were consistently helpful, informative and attentive to our needs. It is clear to us that Constable and Phillip operate a highly professional and customer focussed business. We were particularly impressed by the excellent project management, which involved co-ordinating the various trades: plumber, plasterer, tiler, electrician as well as their own fitters. The designer went to great lengths to make sure everything was as we wanted, showing us mock-ups of the door panels and cornice in our chosen paint colour (Farrow & Ball) to ensure that we were happy before the units were constructed. The whole process took 5 weeks and we were given a week by week plan beforehand, which was rigidly adhered to, even though their main fitter had a bereavement in the middle of the project. Right through the installation process nothing was too much trouble for the fitter to make sure we had everything just as we wanted. We are absolutely delighted with every aspect of our new kitchen. We would thoroughly recommend Constable and Phillips if you are looking for a company to deliver a high quality bespoke kitchen in the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire area.
