I called this company on the off chance, I'd bought from them 12 month prior via eBay and was doing my vat reclaim. It was more in hope than expectation. I spoke to Jack who went out of his way to assist me in getting the invoice to me, all within 10 minutes. They had my money, it was not a big sale but they were happy to help and assist. Took almost 4 weeks for them to actually process my order - which was promptly cancelled and refunded. Appreciate the circumstances with COVID19 but don't take orders and advertise goods if you're not going to even process the order or even respond to queries for such a long period.

Some of my friends who are builders and joiners use them. I called into their Trade Centre and was amazed at the amount of product they stock. I'd looked on their website and knew what I wanted, so I got prices from other local outlets and Construction Supplies were easily the cheapest. I highly recommend them - great service and the product quality was excellent. I even got a free bacon sandwich and a coffee as my order was a really good one.
