Literally has the worst customer service !!!! I have not received an order I placed 6 days ago (IT WAS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT) When you call their customer service she says ''oh sorry theres nothing I can do'' I said so why have I called you? Why is there a delay? any thoughts on the ETA? can anybody help me she says: ''sorry no we dont have system to track anything still showing processing, you have to wait i cant do anything'' WOW i mean WOW SHOCKINGGGGGG
