Fantastic castle located in the heart of Conwy town center. Castle outer wall still forms the town boundary today, and certain areas may still be walked on. Castle also includes inner wall battlement walks, which features beautiful views. The king's personal quarters are still in fairly nice condition, which gives you a wonderful idea of how every day life might have been. Spacious pay car park available nearby, which at the time of writing this took cards. Village hall, across the street, offered pay toilets. A nice visit. Would recommend.

Conway castle is one off the most well known castle on the North Wales coastline...and the only one whit a complete wall to walk around the small but beautiful historic part of Conway. Coming from the A55 crossing the bridge forward Conway...you get greeted by the majestic walls and towers. There is a very large car park close to the castle turning to the left and a smaller parking area directly by the castle ( but during the main season it is always packed). Conway's is beautiful..wonderful craft and magic shops, lovely cafes and pubs.

Great to explore and imagine castle life. Fun climbing up the towers and roaming about the battlements. Great views over the countryside and Conwy. Plenty of gifts in the shop!

Amazing day out and a beautiful site with amazing views and cultural experience of the Welsh coastal town. The people are very nice, friendly and joyfully pleasant. Everything is reasonably very cheap compared to city ripoff prices example food shops and even activities etc It gets very busy so search online for surrounding restaurants Italian or Indian etc and book reservations as chances are you wont be able to walk in and get served a table as they are small restaurants and the town is booming with tourists. Lots of fish and chips shops and even kebab shops otherwise if you are looking for take aways. Also treat your self to the local award winning icecream afterwards as not far from Cornwall and Cornish are the best icecream makers the Welsh arent far behind.

Beautiful castle have been here many times since I was a child, didn't go in this time due to Covid restrictions but will visit again. Great place to take kids as will provide a lifetime memory.

Conwy is a jewel on the North West Wales coastline. Walk the city walls for free for the best views. Safe handrails..a head for heights needed.

An absolute stunning place to visit. Steeped in both the history of the Welsh and English. Spent nearky 3 hours walking about the place. Up top affords not only a fantastic overview of what the interior of castles would have been like (room separation) but also the surrounding area.
