Lovely shop with some great mechandise. However, at the moment there is only one way to get onto the wall and it's not straight forward. The lady serving (thin with glasses) was very un helpful and her answer to a question she was asked lots while I was there was...' out the shop, do a left, next road'. In fact if you went down said road, you couldn't get on wall but there's a secret path halfway down road which leads you behind some flats/car park (not signposted) - we walked 'back and forth 'wasting the day which could have been eliminated with proper directions. We wasn't the only ones struggling to find start of the wall, I spoke to 3 families and explained where to go. Please speak to lady and explain she needs to be more amenable when people ask for help and be little more detailed.

Made a special stop to pick up a couple of things before we left Conwy. Opening time is 9:30am but not a soul in site, no lights even turned on. Very disappointed. Tried to call to see if anybody perhaps in the back but no answer. Waited 20min and still nobody turned up. What's the point of having opening and closing times when it's just up to when the staff feel like showing up?
It's a shop with lots of tourist souvenirs. That's all.
The most lovely castle in north wales u go to the top of the top of it and you can see all the town and beyond full of history
No end of Welsh products, toys, stationary, clothing and nik naks. A huge range, which sadly have an inflated price tag. Lovely staff who are helpful though.
