Superb - Francesco is amazing! He took my highlighted hair which was all streaky and made it beautiful with Degrade technique. I had never had it before and was hesitant to try something new and a little more pricey, but hell yeah was it worth it! Great cut too, he is such a pro and I dont trust anyone else with my hair now. I have been to many salons in London, NY and LA and he is first class!! Lovely receptionist here too xx

Had the most amazing hair colour and cut at Cool Creative with Francesco. He used a technique called “dégradé conseil” which few hairdressers master in the U.K.. It’s a technique where the hair is coloured ‘vertically’ using several shades. I have long thick hair but this was no issue for Francesco. The result is absolutely stunning. The flow of colours is so elevated. Have had so many compliments of it. Thank you for the new look! I’m ready for 2021!
Another gorgeous color by Francesco! He is a real artist! Since he introduced me to the Degrade Conceil colours I am a loyal fan! My hair have such a natural tone and never been so soft and shiny!!! Thank you, looking forward to the next time!
I have been getting my hair cut here for about four years. I absolutely love it - everyone is kind and welcoming, and Federico is a magician with hair. No seriously, I don’t know how he does it, but I’ve never left a hair cut feeling anything but happy. So glad to have found him and this salon. Now during COVID times, the salon was excellent too. There are glass/plastic barriers between each seat, everyone wears a mask, they don’t have towels (they’re replaced with a disposable alternative) and overall, I felt very safe. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Very satisfactory experience at Cool Creative, the staff is so lovely and friendly. Francesco is ambitious and driven by his passion. He is charismatic and talented, he puts his clients at ease and makes us ladies feel like dolls. My partner goes to him as well for a hair cut and he masters both men and women hair. I would say he makes hair look sexy, like a victoria secret angel. It's so good to come across rare gems
Great hair colour from Francesco - possibly the best Ive ever had. One of the only hairdressers that I've met who actually listens to his clients. Highly recommend.
