Disgraceful company ethics. After being urged to leave work to seek treatment from a doctor for mental health reasons, as well as because my grandmother was dying in hospital, I was fired anyway. I have had previous bad experiences whereby when I reported that I was subjected to a long transphobic, sexist and homophobic rant by a very new employee (on their induction!) they were not reprimanded nor fired.

Awful Company. Unprofessional. No equality. Went for interview and the manager was threatened by me. It was the best phone call i made as soon as i got out and told them what i thought and told them i save you the bother of contacting me. You are not worrhy of my skills and knowkedge. When you go for an interview you at least expect your hand to be shaken. Hell mend them. Just lost a potential candidate. I gained haha

Toxic environment, harassment, lack of help from the management, not being valued for the work you do, causing stress by putting extra pressure. If you're not friends with the management (for whatever reason), you don't have future in this company. Also, if you work there through agency, you can be constantly reminded how disposable you are. They know well that it takes just one email and your source of income is gone, so they have extra leverage over you. Worked there for 1,5 year, I don't know anyone who quit this place and regretted it. The pay is what makes people stay. Of course people's experiences may vary, however the atmosphere and morale tend to be quite low out there.

Absolutely awful company! Unless you are a family member of someone who is already working there in higher management. Don't bother working here, You will not progress from a operator, operators are on a bare minimum wage with no bonus's or anything like that (which the company could easily afford to do).

Harassment and discrimination is norm. Lack of leadership, no equal opportunities and progression depends on how closely related you are with management. No respect for agency workers, after working 8 years as an agency worker I got replaced by family member.
