After opening an office in Wakefield last year. I contacted Copier Systems to provide us with a machine to suit a small office environment (2-4 Users) despite only having a minimal requirement. Copier Systems explained all the machines in detail ensuring that the machine we purchased met our requirements. Delivery was on time, nothing was too much trouble in terms of setup. Ensuring that everything was working just the way we wanted. I have found everyone at Copier Systems has been professional and friendly excellent all round customer service . Recently had a couple new machines from Copier Systems. Everyone from the Sales guy to the Engineer were very professional (sorry can't remember their names), they made sure the entire process ran quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Copier Systems if you are in the market for a new photocopier.

DO NOT USE:: After a chrarismatic sales speech, I signed up to the copier system to supply me a laser printer for 34.00 per month. The sales rep promised sending me a copy of my contract to read through before arranging a date for installation. Two weeks went by and nothing came so I decided to email. I was informed contracts were only sent To clients after the installation date. In all my years in business, this was the first time I had heard of something so ridiculous. On reading the contract, it became apparent I was not given the full information. There were hidden servicing cost and additional cost which the rep failed to disclose. I would advise anyone to stay clear of the Company unless full disclosure is given
