I stopped training for around 2 years before hearing that a class had started around the corner from me so I decided to go and try it out. Marcello and Clarissa are both incredibly skilled black belts and humble in their teachings. To say we are lucky to have these people teach us is an understatement. I would say to anyone looking for a self Defense class or even a fun form of exercise to come and try this class

This is an amazingly welcoming team for all abilities and levels, and its a great sport for anyone is is looking to learn to defend themself, get fit, lose weight, or just try something new. We are lucky enough to have one of the best martial arts teachers in the world right on our doorstep, it would be silly not to take advantage of that!

Been training here for a while now and it’s a great school with excellent and very experienced instructors. Honestly, it’s a hidden gem to have this level of experience running a local academy. Prices are great value and no corporate bs (enforced academy Gis etc.). Everyone that trains here is super friendly and welcoming which just personifies the ethos of the club. My wife also trains here when she can. Suitable for all ages and experience levels. Cannot recommend highly enough. If you’re thinking of training, come along and try a class - you will not be disappointed!
