A wonderful clean and well maintained 3 bedroom house with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen with tea coffee etc. Additional toilet and shower and utility area. Large garden with BBQ area. WIFI and Netflix were an added bonus. Highly recommended for long or short term stays.

Stayed in John’s property during study weeks with the Pen Green Research Base. Would thoroughly recommend - always clean, bright, welcoming. Well stocked for breakfast and beverages, all the mod cons needed for self catering. Comfortable nights’ sleep and opportunity to wind down watching Netflix in the evening after study.
Excellent weeks stay in a quiet location well served by road networks and shops. My business visit stay was made a treat by having full hotel service at a very reasonable cost.n All mod cons and a spotless home. Thanks one and all. See you next time if this lovely house is available.
We stayed here with our two young boys while visiting relatives. Extremely happy with it - lots of space, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. John couldn’t have been more helpful.
