AVOID. an absolute disaster. wasted six months of our company's time to fix 6 blinds. kept promising that this will be dealt with quickly but failed again and again. always someone else's fault of course. finally they dragged me into the office to install the blinds two weeks in a row now, only to call the absolute last minute to cancel when I was already on my way with no possibility of turning back. We are now fighting for our money back but of course nothing will give us back wasted time. You should be ashamed and businesses like this shouldn't exist. suspecting all the 5 star reviews are fake.

I have tried to contact Cordula since early May to repair the motor on my verandha. But all I get is promises promises. And now you do not even answer your phone. I have spent a lot of money on this facility and have not been able to use it properly this summer. I feel I now need to take legal advice - Cordula is not a company I would recommend Jo
