I needed a PA system for a large party marquee (370 person party) at short notice and contacted Core Event Hire with 48 hours to go, Excellent customer service, scoping out of requirements, turned up exactly when they said for set-up and de-rig - and even more importantly super friendly and helpful! Couldn't recommend them more highly!
Chris provided the lighting at our daughter’s wedding reception at Wolfson College in 2017. We wanted the effect of a woodland wedding in what is a very large room. Chris had lots of ideas and he helped to create a fantastic, intimate atmosphere in the venue. He was efficient both in giving us advice, setting up, and packing up. Chris and his team provided the lighting for my son's wedding at a local hotel earlier this year. He gave us great advice to get the effect we wanted and he and his team set it all up for us. We had problems with the hotel and access at the very last minute but Chris very calmly sorted it out and got everything set up for us. I panicked but Chris was calm and reassuring throughout. We have worked together organising rugby club balls etc and he has always been professional, efficient and really helpful. I would always use Core Events in the future as they are such a pleasure to work with.
