Sadly this company was taken over a couple of years ago by Sykes Cottages and they cut their staff in Cornwall from 35 to 7 and service owners from a call centre in Devon or Chester. Since then as owners renting through them we have had a whole host of issues and for every small thing that goes wrong there immediate go to is give the guest a 10% goodwill gesture. They don't loose money on this only the owners do

I have nothing but praise for this company. We booked a cottage as a present for our friend's wedding this week and we had a lovely e-mail exchange with Andrew. He bent over backwards to help us and we managed to get it all booked keeping it a surprise from the bride. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you again Andrew!!

Cornish Cottage holidays have been a godsend for our business, I was privileged to watch a photo shoot and when i saw the results I was amazed it was the same place. They have such a professional approach to the letting business and a natural flair to showcase our holiday homes, nothing is too much trouble. What a wonderful company. As a group of work colleagues we decided to arrange a honeymoon for our colleague. We managed to find out the accommodation that she wanted and the week. We then got in contact with Cornish Cottage Holidays and explained that we wanted to book the holiday but we didn’t want the Bride to find out. Well with Andrew Exelby help everything was booked and then transferred over to the Bride and Groom after the wedding. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and I hope to book my Cornish holiday with them next time.
