I've been waiting for some lighting to be put up outside my dads flat since I reported it in November 2019. The part arrived in January 2020 but still no lights! I'm now in the process of handing back my dads flat due to a change in his circumstances. Not only are they expecting me to clear it out within 4 weeks during a national lockdown and while I'm working full time, but they've asked me to make sure I mow the lawn Absolute shambles of an organisation that has let an 85 year old live without heating and with broken windows, amongst other things. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

If it was possible, I would give them 0 Stars. We support a vulnerable adult in their own property, and the landlords are Cornwall Housing. Their clear disdain for human life has been on show for our whole staff team. We have had a broken front door for 12 weeks, which is a security issue as we are unable to use it. If there is a fire, the only place we could go is the garden, which has no exit point. The toilet window is currently a piece of plywood that they put in 3 weeks ago, and now due to the rain, there is damp building up. We were assured this was a short term measure. Icing on the cake is that due to clogged guttering, there is damp coming through into the vulnerable adults bedroom, by plug sockets, which runs the risk of an electrical fire. Upon informing Cornwall Housing, the lady was rude, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of understanding as to why this was such a major issue. Over the course of 3 months, we have reported a minimum of 10 jobs, and the only one we have a date for is to clear the guttering... On the 24th November. Despite continuously ringing, all we are ever told is that 'we will chase that up for you', or that the job is with contractors.
Absolutely shockingly poor service from every department.
Been in my property for almost a year. Put in a few requests regarding blown plaster and dangerous pathway in Sept last year. Pathway was done in Nov/Dec last year but the contract company broke my gate and also cracked the drain surround. Reported this, in January and havent heard a thing, even though the plaster work was escalated several times. I'm appalled at the disregard to tenants needs. My health has and is suffering because of their irregularity in priority cases!!
Still waiting for help with repairs 3 years and counting!!!
