Exceptional service! Would definitely recommend buying a motorcycle from the Cornwall Kawasaki Centre. I bought my first motorcycle from them at the end of 2020 and I travelled from London to test drive it and the communication beforehand was excellent. The bike was clean, almost like new and rides perfectly. All the staff members are very kind, helpful and professional.

I bought my used Honda CBF600 from Cornwall Kawasaki over Internet because its spec and the price were just right. It was a leap of faith to do so from London, sight unseen. The sales guy was very precise and thorough -- I got exactly what I expected. The bike turned out to be clean and reliable. After about 1 month, I discovered a minor issue that Cornwall people helped me fix under the warranty and \held my hands\ whilst it was being sorted. *** UPDATE Another problem within my warranty period (just before it ran out), not so well-handled by the dealership owner. My clutch cable stretched last week which made the motorcycle unusable. I've replaced it locally but the dealer refused to reimburse under the warranty as the clutch cable is an ineligible \wear and tear\ item. A 56 hit is not the end of the world but not the greatest way to handle things IMHO.

Fantastic customer service skills! Andrew here at Kawasaki was extremely helpful and really knew his stuff! If your new to using motorbike I cannot recommend this place enough! Was able to get everything i needed just in the for CBT the next day and there starter kit is extremely affordable for anyone starting out!

I can't thank the guys at The Cornwall Kawasaki Centre enough. Very fair with a part ex price for my bike and picked up a very nice new bike in the process. Terry was very professional and a joy to deal with. Andy went above and beyond to sort out the small issues on the bike I was purchasing so that I could get away that very afternoon, even during his lunch break. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a new or used motorcycle. Communication was excellent too. Will be getting my services done there also even though its the best part of 90 miles away. Thank you very much.
