I ordered on the App several food items & three drinks, upon arrival i was informed that over half my order was out of stock. I was very annoyed about this as this ment having to reorder and also wait longer for my food & drink. But the female manager on duty was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. All the food & drink that we received was great.

Yes, love it, but no all the customers register theirs personal details on the track and trace when they come inside I saw two ladies who came inside of the Costa Coffee and they didn't register at all while I did register with my husband.
