Great coffee every time without fail. We usually like to have a sausage bap or a bacon bap as well but this last time we could neither due to them being out if stock. I thought it was only McDonald's that suffered from poor stores replacements so disappointed with Costa. However the sausage roll we had instead was not bad. One thing I have to commend Costa for is their contraption for passing the food to the cars at the drive through. Every drive though should have something similar. We have always found the staff to be friendly and courteous so we have no hesitation recommending a stop here for refreshments.

Mixed reviews as I've most times I've been served the staff are amazing and really lovely and bubbly but on two occasions I have been served by one individual and she is damn right rude and plain nasty. Slightly older lady with no manners might be management not sure. The rest of the staff I've dealt with are a delight and are all a lot younger and probably only part time and or minimum wage but are truly amazing and make my day on an almost daily basis before work. Drop in 1 star is from the one member of staff.
Amazing coffee and great food
No greeting or acknowledgement from cashier once got to the service window, coffee was also wrong flavour.
I didn't step inside because I had my dog with me. Nice coffee and cakes, though.
